Please read these terms before using this website or engaging our services. Section 4 in particular sets out what we can and cannot influence in an admission process — it is the part families most often wish they had read first.

1. Acceptance

By accessing www.enrolla.in, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Enrolla Educational Services LLP ("Enrolla", "we", "us") for counselling services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or our services.

If you are under 18, you may use this website and engage our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

2. What we provide

Our services are advisory. Depending on what you engage us for, they may include:

• Analysis of entrance exam ranks against historical closing-rank data.
• Preparation of college and branch shortlists banded by likelihood.
• Guidance on eligibility criteria, reservation categories and required documentation.
• Assistance with application forms, option entry and counselling-round strategy.
• Information on fee structures, scholarships, education loans and hostel options.
• Guided campus visits and sessions for parents or guardians.

The exact scope, duration and fee for your engagement will be set out separately in writing before you pay anything. Where those written terms differ from this page, the written engagement terms prevail.

3. What we do not provide

• We are not an agent, representative, broker or authorised recruiter of any college, university or examination authority.
• We do not accept commissions, referral fees or any other payment from institutions. Our only revenue is the fee our clients pay us.
• We do not sell, reserve, block or otherwise trade in admission seats, and we will not act as an intermediary for any payment to a college.
• We do not offer coaching, tuition or entrance exam preparation.
• We do not provide legal, tax, immigration or investment advice.

4. No guarantee of admission

Enrolla does not and cannot guarantee admission to any college, university, branch or course.

Admission to government-quota and consortium-quota seats is determined solely by the relevant authority — the Karnataka Examinations Authority, COMEDK, or the institution concerned — on the basis of rank, category, seat matrix, reservation policy and the candidate's own choices. These are outside our control and outside the control of any consultancy. Any person or organisation claiming to be able to secure or reserve a seat for you in exchange for payment should be treated with the greatest suspicion, and reported.

Our fee is charged for advisory work and process support, and is in no circumstance contingent on, or refundable by reference to, whether a particular admission outcome is achieved.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• The information you give us — marks, ranks, category, documents and personal details — is accurate, complete and genuinely yours. Our advice is only as sound as the information it rests on.
• You will not ask us to prepare, endorse or submit any false, forged or misleading document or claim. We will end an engagement immediately, without refund, where this is attempted.
• You remain responsible for making your own final decisions, submitting your own applications, entering your own options, and meeting every deadline set by the relevant authority.
• You will independently verify critical information — cutoffs, fees, dates, eligibility rules — on the official website of the college or authority before acting on it.
• You will pay all fees due to colleges, authorities and examination bodies directly to those bodies. We will never ask you to route such payments through us.

6. Fees, payment and refunds

• The initial consultation is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either side.
• Fees for paid services are quoted in writing as a single fixed figure before the engagement begins. We do not charge success fees, percentages of anything, or amounts contingent on your admission outcome.
• Fees are payable as set out in your engagement terms, and applicable taxes are charged in addition.
• If you cancel before substantive work has commenced, any amount paid is refunded in full.
• If you cancel after work has commenced, we refund the portion of the fee corresponding to services not yet delivered, at our reasonable assessment, less any costs already incurred.
• No refund is available on the basis of an admission outcome — including not receiving a preferred college or branch. See section 4.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of being agreed.

7. Accuracy of information on this website

The college guides, cutoff bands, fee indications and process descriptions on this website are compiled in good faith from publicly available sources and our own experience across admission cycles. They are provided for general guidance only.

Cutoffs, fees, intake, branch offerings, accreditation and eligibility rules change every year, sometimes mid-cycle. Any rank band quoted here is indicative of relative difficulty in past cycles and must not be relied on to predict a future outcome. Always confirm current details with the institution or authority directly. We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published on this website.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, design, graphics and code — is owned by Enrolla Educational Services LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission.

College names, crests, abbreviations and trademarks referred to on this website belong to the respective institutions and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those institutions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrolla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with our services or this website — including any failure to secure admission to a preferred college or branch.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fee actually paid by you to us in respect of that engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Third-party links

This website links to official sources such as college websites, the Karnataka Examinations Authority and COMEDK, so that you can verify information at its origin. We do not control those websites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or privacy practices.

11. Suspension and termination

We may decline or end an engagement where a client provides false information, asks us to act improperly or unlawfully, behaves abusively towards our staff, or fails to pay fees when due. Where an engagement is ended for any of these reasons, no refund is payable. You may end an engagement at any time in writing, with refunds handled under section 6.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to section 15, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

15. Grievances

If something has gone wrong, tell us first — most matters are resolved in a phone call. Write to grievance@enrolla.in setting out the issue, and we will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days.
